    The Broadcom BCM89559 is a highly-integrated BroadR-Reach multilayer switch device designed for in-vehicle networking applications. The device has built-in BroadR-Reach PHYs that support 100BASE-T1 and Gigabit capable MAC interfaces. The device features secure boot & secure communication capabilities besides the advanced security features found in all of Broadcom’s automotive Ethernet switches.

    • Fully-featured automotive Ethernet switch with integrated 100BASE-T1 and 100-TX PHYs
    • IEEE AVB protocol stack (IEEE 802.1AS Time Synchronization and IEEE 802.1Qat SRP)
    • Line rate packet filtering for advanced security
    • Firmware corruption is prevented by supporting Secure boot and circle of trust.
    • Access to the device from the outside is carefully controlled so that unauthenticated configuration changes are prevented
    • Automotive AEC-Q100 qualified
