Network administrators must plan for the impact this increase in devices will have on their network's capacity. The EWS850AP utilizes the Wi-Fi 6 technology standard while supporting the future of mobile technology. The AP handles densely crowded outdoor environments simultaneously through two spatial streams and Beamforming technology, which focuses the antenna signal directly to the respective client devices, providing optimal signal and reception reliability for users.

Designed for peak performance in harsh climates, the EWS850AP features an IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof enclosure ensuring it can withstand harsh outdoor environments. This includes prolonged exposure outdoors to sunlight, extreme cold, frost, snow, rain, hail, heat, and humidity.

Extend the network over short or long-distances with robust 25dBm output power coupled with four (4) detachable, SMA-type, Omni-directional, 5 dBi MU-MIMO antennas that deliver network connectivity 360° to stadiums, resort properties and large outdoor areas.

The EnSky Series Wi-Fi 6 Outdoor Access Points take advantage of 11ax technology, which enables more efficient channel use, reduces latency between AP and client devices, and provides ground-breaking features, such as uplink and downlink of OFDMA, Target Wake Time, uplink and downlink of MU-MIMO, BSS Coloring, spatial reuse, and preamble updates.

Configure APs individually as stand-alone units. Locally manage up to 50 APs per EnSky Managed switch and 100 devices per SkyKey Controller and ezMaster software to control 1,000+ APs and switches.

Return Policy

You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.

For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.

You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.

Defective or DOA Products

DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.

Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.

General Return Terms

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:

5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
3–5 business days for us to process your return
5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
