High Performance Edge AI Heavy Industrial Panel PC
The PPC2-Cxxx-ADL panel PC series is designed for heavy industrial uses that need high degree of computing. Integrated with 12th Gen Intel Core processor, the panel PC supports up to 64GB DDR4 memory, Intel UHD Graphics and a PCIe Gen4 x16 slot for expansion of functionality. Its IP65 projected capacitive touchscreen with anti-glare/UV coating not only ensures readability and durability, but also allows gloved/wet hand operation. Moreover, the built-in power supply with AC input simplifies power delivery to the system and maximizes energy efficiency for diverse applications such as edge AI, industrial automation or machine vision.

Supporting up to 12 cores and 4.9GHz burst frequency, the PPC2-ADL-S series can provide high performance, real-time edge computing to achieve unparalleled IoT workload consolidation and AI inferencing. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770* driven by Intel Xe Architecture with up to 32 graphics execution units (EUs) enhances graphics performance, allowing the panel PC to display pixel-accurate visuals and better support imaging applications.

High Ingress Protection, Easy to Maintain
The PPC2-CW15-ADL has a rugged and true-flat front screen framed with strong waterproof gasket seal on the back to protect against pressure water. It is easy to maintain and keep clean, making it an ideal device to perform in harsh environments where sanitation is required such as food processing factory.

IEI's rugged touchscreen adapts a glass-glass PCAP touch technology with integrated industrial-grade controllers, which is further developed to fulfill industrial capability. IEI PPC2-ADL panel PCs with PCAP touchscreen allow customers to experience it using gloves in harsh environments such as food processing, chemical and beverage industries
The screen equips a 10-point multi-touch screen that has the ability to recognize and respond to ten simultaneous points of contact. This feature allows developer to design applications where complex gesture is needed to operate, such as zoom, rotate, swipe or other actions that need two or more people to operate the same monitor at once.
Expand AI Capability with High-bandwidth PCIe Gen4 x16
The PPC2-ADL equips a PCIe Gen4 x16 slot to provide high-bandwidth expansion for peripherals like graphics cards, SSD, capture cards or AI accelerators. It is connected directly with the CPU, bypassing the bottleneck between the CPU and chipset, and further reducing latency. PCIe Gen4 at 16 GT/s offers twice that transfer rate of the PCIe Gen3, providing backwards compatibility and capability for future upgrade.

Return Policy
You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.
For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.
You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.
Defective or DOA Products
DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
- HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.
General Return Terms
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Depending on the provider, estimated shipping dates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
