12th Gen Intel Core with Intelligent Workload Optimization, up to 36% CPU Performance Improved
IEI TANK-XM811 is a rugged edge AI inference system that supports up to 65W TDP processors. It is integrated with the 12th Gen Intel Core desktop CPU and Intel® R680E chipset. This solution is up to 36%, 35%, and 94% faster for single-thread performance, multi-thread performance, and graphics performance than previous generations.
In addition, the integrated GPU, Intel UHD Graphics 770, can offer up to 32 graphics execution units (EUs) and a clock speed of up to 1.55 GHz (depending on the CPU model). With the improved graphics performance and GPU image classification inference performance, the TANK-XM811 can support better AI workload parallelization and image classification inference.

The TANK-XM811 series of embedded computers from IEI provides great scalability and flexibility, thanks to its unique eChassis modules. This makes it easy for system integrators to configure a system that meets specific user requirements.
Flexible Expansion via PCIe/PCI Slot
For performance upgradability and flexibility, the TANK-XM811 supports eChassis and eBP modules to add edge inference capabilities. It also provides up to 7 system configuration options. Users can select a specific package that provides extra PCIe expansion slots for add-on cards such as frame grabber cards, accelerator cards, I/O cards, motion control cards, and even GPU accelerators for machine learning and AI workloads.
GPU Expansion Box
The GPU eChassis, TXC-XM81-G1 and TXC-XM81-G2, are the scalable graphics card expansion chassis designed for artificial intelligence applications. They can support up to total 380 W and 339.8 mm in a full-length, full-height form factor. Other PCIe add-on cards like high speed I/O cards, data collection cards, frame grabber cards and motion cards are also supported to expand functionality.

Return Policy
You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.
For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.
You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.
Defective or DOA Products
DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
- HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.
General Return Terms
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping Policy
