The JBL Stage 240B 2-Way Bookshelf Speakers in latte finish are the smaller bookshelf option for the JBL Stage Series speakers and are well suited for use as rear surround speakers, or as mains in smaller spaces. The 240B is comprised of JBL's 4.5" Polycellulose ribbed cone woofer to handle the bass and midrange, with a 1" anodized aluminum tweeter coupled to the Stage 2 HDI horn for the high frequencies.

The Stage 240B features sturdy 5-way binding posts to connect to your amplifier or receiver. The bass-reflex design utilizes a flared rear-firing port to reduce chuffing and improve bass response. For placement on shelves and other flat surfaces, anti-slip pads are provided to secure the speaker and reduce vibration. Alternatively, the 240B speakers include wall brackets and a 1/4-20 threaded insert for wall mounting.
