KD-BYOD4KHub is a wireless presentation & conferencing gateway compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Chrome devices. Users wirelessly receive USB camera, mic, and speaker devices while wirelessly casting to the base unit for display on the monitor or projector in the room in a stunning 4K resolution at 30 frames per second for a superior video experience.
This system places a strong emphasis on user experience, ensuring smooth connectivity and ease of operation.
The device is an ideal solution for environments where users no longer wish to manage various adapters or dongles and want to present and join conferences from devices without any wires.
Wireless + Wired Presentation & Conferencing
KD-BYOD4KHUB presentation & conferencing gateway is a wireless solution for conference and presentation spaces enabling users to bring their own device, present to their display, and receive the USB camera, mic, and speaker in the room to collaborate with local and remote video conference participants.
Multi-Format & Multi-Presenter Support
Users with Windows, Mac, Chrome, iOS, or Android devices connect to KD-BYOD4KHub via the WiFi network to present with up to 5 presenters sharing their ideas simultaneously on the local displays or projectors, as well as a USB capture feature to mirror the room’s display in your video conferencing software.
User-Friendly Casting
KD-BYOD4KHub includes KD-BYODFD auto-launching flash drive for plug & play casting. Additionally, users may follow the on-screen instructions to download the KDPlay app onto their device. KD-BYOD4KHub also boasts native support of Airplay from iOS devices, Chromecast from Chromebooks, and Miracast from Windows and Android OS.

- Output Capture: Send HDMI output content from Main or Sub display to the connected host computer to completely immerse video conference participants with multi-presenter brainstorming sessions, etc.
- Annotation and White Board: Screen overlay tools for real-time collaboration. Screen captures are easily downloaded by QR code on screen or in web browser.
- Extended Monitor: Feature enables dual display setups such as video conference and presentation content view on side-by-side panels. Virtual Driver installation required for this feature
- Display Control: CEC or RS232 command sends during unit bootup, power on, and power off.

- Moderator Management: Administrator may start & stop device casting via web control page
- Web GUI Administration: Access unit setup, moderator, and security tools on web browser through LAN
- Four-Level Security: Including casting / pairing pin and Device-type permission options, AES-256 + RSA-1024 encryption.

Shipping & Return
Return Policy
You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.
For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.
You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.
Defective or DOA Products
DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
- HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.
General Return Terms
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
