The KD-MLV4x4Pro is a matrix Switcher device with multi-view video processing tailored for a variety of environments, from sports and gaming caves to corporate AV setups.
Its capabilities extend to bars & restaurants, house of worship, entertainment centers, museums, and E-Sports.
This matrix processor elevates the viewing experience thanks to user-friendly control, powerful features, and intuitive connectivity.
The Ultimate Picture-In-Picture Experience
The KD-MLV4x4Pro's multi-view tiling processor empowers users to display up to four video sources simultaneously on a single screen. This offers a selection of default and customizable layout presets.
This feature enables content layering, allowing users to adjust bezel frame width and color to suit their preferences. The video processor effortlessly handles 4K / UHD content at 60fps input, ensuring smooth transitions between sources when all outputs are in full-screen mode.
Independent Audio Routing Capabilities
In addition to its video processing capabilities, the KD-MLV4x4Pro boasts advanced audio matrixing features.
It supports independent audio routing with de-embedding ports for analog balanced/unbalanced and digital optical connections. This flexibility allows users to select audio sources even in multi-view mode.
The audio processor accommodates surround formats up to 5.1 Dolby / DTS for theater applications.
Connectivity and Integration
The KD-MLV4x4Pro is designed to easily integrate into new and existing setups. It offers optional 4K down-conversion for compatibility with legacy displays or projectors.
Additionally, the device accommodates IR input from control systems, extending control functionality to the displays connected through KD-EXMLVRx units. This enhances overall system management and control capabilities.
Advanced Compatibility and Control
The KD-MLV4x4Pro comes equipped with advanced standards compatibility. It supports HDCP 2.2 and facilitates EDID handshaking for communicating resolutions and audio formats to connected sources.
KD-MLV4x4Pro can be controlled from any smartphone, tablet, or Proactive Care from its user-friend web page, or using the Key Digital iOS app in addition to a professional control system.

- Mirrored Outputs: Simultaneously active HDMI + UHDoTP connections per output display the same AV signal. This allows connection for a total of 8 possible displays at the same time
- Independent Audio Matrix: You can route audio output ports separately from HDMI & UHDoTP ports. Also, you may select audio from any source while in multi-view mode
- Video Resolution: Inputs support up to 3840 x 2160p 4:2:0 at 60fps. Outputs support 3840 x 2160p 4:4:4 at 30fps
- Signal Extension over CAT: Achieve 4K/UHD up to 35m (115ft) using CAT5e/6 or up to 40m (131ft) using CAT6A STP. For 1080p, the range extends up to 50m (164ft) using CAT5e/6 and up to 60m (197ft) using CAT6A STP
- Text Overlay: Each window can display the assigned name of its source. 16 Characters maximum with variable sizing and location settings
- 4K Down-Convert: Integrate 4K sources with legacy 1080p & 720p displays
- Image Layering: Stack images with customizable priority settings per output

Shipping & Return
Return Policy
You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.
For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.
You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.
Defective or DOA Products
DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
- HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.
General Return Terms
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
