The LG UH7N-E 55" 4K UHD Commercial Monitor is a 700 nits bright digital signage display featuring the convenient LG webOS SoC and advanced security features. This durable IP5X-certified display provides 24/7 reliability in a space-saving design, perfect for demanding retail and corporate environments. Connect sources via HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, or load content using a USB flash drive or the embedded webOS platform.
Clarity and Visibility
The 55UH7N-E offers a resolution that is four times higher than Full HD, satisfying customers visually. Additionally, the anti-glare coating on the screen reduces screen reflection in bright lighting environments, increasing visibility and legibility, providing customers with a comfortable screen.
webOS SoC
The UH7N-E is equipped with a high-performance SoC that allows for multiple tasks to be performed without a separate media player. The webOS platform provides app development tools with an intuitive UI that enhances user convenience, enabling easy connection with external sensors and webOS partner apps to create an SI-friendly environment.
Durability that Provides Reliability
Optimized for business environments, the UH7N-E is guarded against the potential impact of salt, dust, iron powder, and humidity through the implementation of conformal coating on the power board. Also, its customer-centric features, such as IP5X, 30-degree tilting, and Shock Monitoring, provide both reliability and satisfaction.
Optimized Display Space
Designed with thin bezels and simple cable management, the UH7N-E saves space. With specialized hidden power inlets, it can be installed close to the wall, leaving only about 0.5" of space with the LG slim bracket (sold separately). Bezel accessories (sold separately) can also be used to convert it into an art frame, making it a stylish interior element that matches customers' interior spaces.
Enhanced Security Features
The UH7N-E provides security features, including LG's Enhanced Kernel Protection (EKP) technology, guarding important data from external access or attacks. LG UHD Signage also holds reliable certification in the field of information security, maintaining customers' data and businesses securely. For example, this model is ISO/IEC 15408 Common Criteria EAL2 Certified.
Sustainability
Recycled resins are used to manufacture back covers for this product and LG plans to expand this practice to other models as well. In addition, recycled cardboard was partially used to produce packaging materials, and the printing information on the packaging materials was written by only black ink.

Shipping & Return
Return Policy
You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.
For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.
You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.
Defective or DOA Products
DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
- HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.
General Return Terms
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
