    Engineered for clear communication and immersive sound in nearly any environment, the Zone Noise-Canceling True Wireless In-Ear Headphones from Logitech are an ideal audio solution for any mobile professional. Whether you're in a busy, open office space or packed airline terminal, you can carry on clear, professional conversations with dual MEMS 3-microphone arrays in each earbud. Listening to others or your favorite music is private and immersive with large 12mm drivers and active noise cancellation. All of this can be done for hours at a time at work, in the hotel, or during a workout, thanks to IP68-rated sweat and water resistance.

    Crystal Clear Communication
    Each earbud is equipped with three MEMS microphones that utilize bone conduction, beamforming, cascaded noise reduction, and internal processing to isolate your voice from the ambient noise. In addition, a WindDefense fabric covering on the outside of each earbud works to reduce wind noise.
    Multitask with Multipoint
    Supporting multipoint technology, the Zone earphones can pair with two devices simultaneously and seamlessly switch when needed. Typically used between a tablet and smartphone, the inclusion of a dedicated USB Bluetooth adapter allows you to easily pair them with your laptop as well. So you can work on that important presentation deck and then quickly switch to your phone to take an incoming call. The adapter plugs into any USB Type-A port, or USB Type-C port with the included USB Type-A to USB Type-C adapter.
    Professional Compatibility
    The Zone true wireless headphones are made to work well with nearly all of the most popular communication and conferencing platforms. They are certified for use with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Google Voice, and Zoom. They are also compatible with Cisco Webex, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting, and more. Your IT staff can even remotely manage the Zone headphones for corporate use with Logitech Sync, using a browser-based interface that supports company-wide deployments and makes essential tasks easy to perform, such as firmware updates.
    All Day Power
    On a full charge, the Zone in-ear headphones can be used for up to 10 hours (listening with ANC off). Even when used for hands-free calls with ANC switched on, you get up to 5 hours of battery life. The included charging case holds enough power to fully recharge the earbuds twice over. The charging case itself is Qi wireless compatible, you can recharge it via the included USB cable, or an optional wireless charging pad.

    Use this mobile and Windows/macOS app for viewing the Zone's charging status and controlling earbud settings, such as active noise cancellation, 5-band EQ, in-ear detection, and mic gain.

    Shipping & Return

    Return Policy

    You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.

    For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.

    You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.

    Defective or DOA Products

    DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.

    • Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
    • The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
    • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
    • Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
    • HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.

    General Return Terms

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

    You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:

    • 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
    • 3–5 business days for us to process your return
    • 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

    Shipping Policy

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
