Quantum Scalar i6000 and AEL6000, Library Managed Encryption License Key for migration from Quantum Encryption Key Manager (Q-EKM) to Scalar Key Manager (SKM), One Drive, field upgrade Field upgrade only; not for use with new system purchases. Requires a Gen2 library (robot and electronics). Use only for replacing Q-EKM library licensing with Scalar Key Manager licensing for one HP LTO-4 or later drive or one IBM LTO-5 or later drive. Scalar Key Manager must be ordered separately. Not for use with IBM LTO-4. Warranty/service level of key-enabled drives must match the service length and level of the library. Q-EKM Encryption Key Migration service is mandatory. Library managed encryption is enabled by partition but a Partition license is not required. Include enough licenses to enable the system to communicate with all drives in encryption partitions. This is a library-based license, not a drive license and cannot be transferred to another library.
