Raritan MCD-116 - MasterConsole Digital - Next Generation Cat5 KVM switch
Raritan MCD-116 MasterConsole Digital KVM is a single-user switch to used to control multiple servers. It features KVM ports for 16 servers and can be cascaded 2 levels to support up to 512 connections at distances up to 150 feet (45 meters). Connecting to a computer is made easier with the use of standard Category 5/6/6e cables. MCD-116 provides a friendly OSD (On-Screen Display) interface and hotkeys for quick and easy access connected computers.
Raritan's MCD-116 is ideal for small to midsized businesses (SMB) who need to have a centralized point of access to multiple servers without the expense and clutter of a dedicated keyboard, mouse, and monitor for each computer or server. MCD-116 supports the highest HD video resolution of up to 1920x1080 via standard Category 5/6/6e cabling. The multi-format video interface supports both Analog - VGA and Digital - DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort. Stereo audio is also supported by using VGA combo cables or MCD-116's HDMI Computer Interface Modules (CIMs).

MCD-116 MasterConsole Digital supports severs with both analog (VGA) and digital video: HDMI, DVI, and DisplayPort (DP). Audio is supported by Raritan's MDCIM-HDMI or MDUTP VGA KVM combo cables.

MCD-116 supports 1920 x 1080 video resolutions at 150 feet.
Single User can manage 16 servers
A Single user can manage 16 servers connected to MCD-116. Users can also expand up to 512 servers by cascading the units.
Intuitive On-Screen Display
Plug-and-play installation, auto-configuration, and easy-to-use on-screen displays. Targets can be labeled with device names for easier server selection from the OSD.
AutoScan / AutoSkip
AutoScan allows users to scan servers at variable rates for effortless monitoring. AutoSkip allows users to bypass inactive channels.
Cascading for Expansion
MCD-116 can be cascaded 2 levels, by using Raritan's MDCIM-DVI or MDUTP cables, to control up to 512 servers
Integrated Switch & Console Drawer
Raritan MasterConsole Digital series is also available as a space-saving 17" Console Drawer with an Integrated KVM Switch (MCD-LED)

Shipping & Return
Return Policy
You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.
For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.
You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.
Defective or DOA Products
DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
- HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.
General Return Terms
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping Policy
