The Samsung 5 Year FT/WG Contract (includes manufacturers standard 2 year warranty) is designed to provide you with the peace of mind that your Samsung product is protected against defects in materials or workmanship for a total of five years. This contract includes the standard 2 year warranty provided by Samsung as well as an additional 3 years of coverage. This means that you are protected against defects in materials or workmanship for a total of five years from the date of original purchase.

This contract is valid for products purchased in the United States and Canada. It is not valid for products purchased outside of these countries.

To make a claim under this contract, you will need to provide the following information:

• Your phone number
• The serial number of your product
• A description of the defect

Once you have provided this information, we will review your claim and determine if it is covered under the terms of this contract. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your product at no charge.
