Shipping Guide

From a single optic to a palletized rack — here's how your order gets to you.

Processing & Delivery

• Order processing: in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of cleared payment. Quote-based and special-order items ship per the lead time on your quote.
• Carriers: UPS and FedEx for parcels; palletized LTL freight for servers, racks, UPS systems and heavy equipment.
• Tracking: emailed automatically the day your order ships, and available under My Orders.

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments are delivered curbside by default and require a signature. Liftgate service, inside delivery or delivery appointments are available — tell us when ordering. Inspect freight before signing: note any damage on the delivery receipt, or it is very difficult to claim afterwards.

International & Special Cases

• International: we ship worldwide on request; duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility unless quoted DDP. UK and EU customers can also buy locally at hssl.uk.
• Partial shipments: multi-line orders may ship in multiple consignments at no extra cost — each gets its own tracking.
• Expedited: next-day and 2-day services available on in-stock parcels; ask for expedited options on your quote.
