You cannot be tamed during a giant team fight in your favourite game? The AOC GH401 headphones leave you more freedom as they work wirelessly up to a range of 10 metres. The battery lasts for 17 hours and the device comes with a detachable microphone which cancels all unnecessary background noise.

Wireless technology

The days of tangled cables and restricted movement are gone: With wireless headphones, you can conveniently stand up and walk around your room while still hearing your teammates and the in-game action. You can also still communicate with them, as the microphone works over distance as well

Adjustable steel slider headband

Our AOC headsets are guaranteed to fit – no matter the size of your head, or if you wear a cap underneath or have glasses. The steel slider headband lets you adjust your headset quickly and is ensured to stay in place and stay comfortable throughout your gaming sessions.

50mm drivers

Our AOC headphones come with 50mm drivers. The driver is a round piece in the ear-part of a headset that creates the sound you hear – basically a tiny speaker. A large driver allows for a richer sound with more intense and cleaner bass. A diameter of 50mm is on the bigger end of the spectrum, meaning you will get top audio quality.

Detachable boom microphone

Thanks to the detachable microphone, you are always ready to communicate with your team-mates. The mic records omnidirectional, meaning it gathers sound waves from any direction so you can always be heard. The sensitivity and frequency range are set so only your voice gets recorded with maximum clarity while ignoring any noise in the background.

Connectors

Two types of connectors ensure that you can use your new headphones at any time. The 2.4 GHz band makes it simple to connect the product with your PC or PlayStation. If the battery runs out, you can quickly plug your headphones in thanks to the universal 3.5mm headphone jack, which also works for phone or Xbox.

2.0 Stereo

With 2.0 Stereo, our AOC headphones create multidimensional sounds that amplify the immersion while gaming. Stereo means the audio “surrounds” the listener instead of coming from only one source. 2.0 refers to two separate channels: a left and a right one which add up to a sound experience from two separate directions.

3.5mm Audio connection

Two meters of cable and a universal 3.5mm audio connection allow you to connect your new headphone with any console or computer, and also to your phone if you want to play games or listen to music on the go.

Shipping & Return

Return Policy

You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.

For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.

You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.

Defective or DOA Products

DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.

Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.

General Return Terms

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:

5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
3–5 business days for us to process your return
5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
