The apg VB554A-BL1616 Vasario Series standard-duty painted-front cash drawer is black, has a USBPro II USB interface, and is suitable at a low- to medium-volume point of sale for temporarily storing money. The USBPro II USB interface and the 6' USB A/B cable can be used to connect the cash drawer to a host computer or USB hub for creating an integrated point-of-sale system (computer and hub sold separately). The cash drawer is made of steel for strength and durability. The black powder-coated finish resists wear and corrosion. Roller bearings allow the drawer to slide open and shut. The plastic till has five bill compartments and five coin compartments for organizing money by denomination. Hold-downs keep bills securely in place and flip up for inserting or retrieving bills. A latch releases the drawer when opened and keeps it securely shut when closed. The four-function lock on the drawer has functions to lock the drawer closed, lock open, open electronically using a connected host device, or open manually. Two slots allow checks, credit card receipts, or other transaction media to be inserted into the storage area under the till without opening the cash drawer. The cash drawer measures 16.2 x 16.3 x 4.3 inches (W x D x H). (W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.) It measures 3.8" high without feet. It can be placed on a counter and can support a monitor, receipt printer, or other point-of-sale device (sold separately). Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow the cash drawer to be mounted under a counter to save space. The cash drawer is tested to withstand at least 1 million operations. It has a storage temperature range from -22 to +122 degrees F and an operating temperature range from +32 to +104 degrees F. apg manufactures cash drawers and other point-of-sale equipment. Shipping & Return

Return Policy

You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.

For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.

You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.

Defective or DOA Products

DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.

Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.

General Return Terms

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:

5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
3–5 business days for us to process your return
5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
