The ComNet VP Series Proximity Readers set the electronic security benchmark for 125kHz technology readers. Based upon proven contactless digital radio frequency identi?cation (RFID) technology, these readers comply with Wiegand communication protocol and interface with a wide variety of electronic access control systems. Available in mullion, single gang , double gang, and keypad models, the readers' compact design makes them ideal for a variety of applications. With the electronics sealed in a weather and tamper resistant epoxy potting, these readers can be used in both indoor and outdoor settings.
