Ideal for your small business office, restaurant, or coffee shop, this wireless access point gives you an easy way to provide controlled Wi-Fi® access to your guests, employees and customers. It lets your clients set up a temporary guest Wi-Fi account for secure wireless network access - at the touch of a button.
Setting up a wireless account is fast and easy
The Wi-Fi access point (WAP) makes it easy for your customers or visitors to connect to your wireless network. The AP provides special “self-serve” features, including an LCD display and a “Get Key” button, which make it easy to generate a wireless account. When your customer or visitor presses the button, the device will quickly generate and display a temporary User ID and Security Key (displaying a one-hour guest SSID and WPA2 password), based on your configured settings. From there, your customer simply connects their device to the Guest wireless network and they are on the internet.
The wireless access point supports up to 20 simultaneous users, and provides several levels of access including: administrator, employee and guest. The Wi-Fi AP offers advanced functionality in its user permission capabilities. Administrators are given a wide range of options for controlling network access - by time, bandwidth or sites. By enabling you to create separate SSIDs and network segments for guests and employees, you can provide fast network connectivity for your guests, while still protecting internal network resources and intranet sites.

The Wi-Fi access point is a reliable router, supporting wireless-N data rates up to 300 Mbps on the 2.4GHz frequency. The wireless AP is compatible with 802.11b/g/n standards and supports WPA and WPA2 authentication, for a secure connection.

Shipping & Return
Return Policy
You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.
For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.
You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.
Defective or DOA Products
DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
- HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.
General Return Terms
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
