The PN-ME652 supports portrait and landscape installation with 18/7 runtime capability, which is ideal for commercial, corporate, and educational applications. Content can be loaded and controlled over the network or via HDMI and USB inputs. Bi-directional RS-232 and LAN control allow for easy integration with many major systems, including Crestron and Cisco. Additionally, NaviSet Administrator 2 free software is included to manage all of your Sharp/NEC devices.

- Powerful System-on-Chip Design to Fit Your Signage Needs: The Sharp/NEC ME Series of displays are focused on bringing high-powered, integrated, and easy-to-use media playback to the user while maintaining the proven reliability and quality of the previous products. The ME series provides a reliable mainstream display to fit all of your digital signage needs. The flexible system-on-chip platform not only allows for high-end media playback via USB or internal storage, but since these products are powered by Android 13, they also allow the ability to install separate Android apps if a third-party application is needed.
- UHD 4K HDR Visual Quality: By supporting native 3840 x 2160 resolution with full HDR compatibility, imagery and messaging will be more vivid and lifelike than with Full HD. These high-haze panels scatter incidental light that would otherwise take away from the messaging shown on the display. This allows your message to be clear and visible in areas where ambient light would usually take away from what really matters most: your content.
- Full Commercial Build: A full metal chassis allows for the ruggedness needed for true commercial environments while integrated carrying handles reduce the likelihood of damage during installation. On top of that, an integrated temperature sensor allows you to monitor internal temperatures in real time. The newly designed mechanical build is focused on maintaining reliability while reducing the overall weight of each model up to 33% compared to predecessor models. Additionally, these products have an even bezel design along all four sides meaning that the focus will always be on the content on the screen when in either portrait or landscape orientation.
- Home Screen Launcher: The MultiSync PN-ME652 boots up into a home screen that gives you visual access to apps, key settings, and input changes right from the start. Integrated web browser functionality can be used for internet access and streaming, and File Explorer can be used for navigating through internal or external storage drives. The integrated Media Player gives you access to load files to internal storage or play via USB, while content can be scheduled and playlists can be built dependent on when your display is running and what content needs to be shown.
- Input Detect Functionality and Failover: This feature allows for the user to prioritize up to three inputs so that if a primary source goes down, the display will automatically switch to whatever input has been prioritized next. The first detect option also allows for the display to automatically turn onto any source that plugs into it, allowing the display to wake on any synced signal.
- Center IR Receiver: An IR receiver is located behind the panel allowing protective overlays or touch to be integrated over the top without needing to worry about how to extend IR for control. An IR input is also available for custom installations.
- Control Protocol Support: The new Sharp/NEC MultiSync PN-ME652 contains protocol support for both NEC and Sharp legacy products. This means that if you have to replace either an NEC or Sharp product from a previous install, these units can be seamlessly flipped into an existing infrastructure. On top of this, these units support other various protocols dependent on the needs of the application.
- NaViSet Administrator 2: NaViSet Administrator 2 is included in all Sharp and NEC MultiSync ME series models. This software is an all-in-one remote support solution that runs from a central location and provides monitoring, asset management, and control functionality of Sharp and NEC display devices and Windows computers. It is ideal for multi-device installations over arrays as it allows for task management, reporting, and on-demand control options. Control your entire Sharp and NEC ecosystem through this free optional asset management software.

Return Policy
You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.
For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.
You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.
Defective or DOA Products
DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
- HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.
General Return Terms
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping Policy
