The EasyIP 30 ePTZ Camera is a low-profile professional camera that makes video collaboration and streaming classes effortless. Equipped with advanced IntelliFrame™ technology, the EasyIP 30 ePTZ camera is the perfect camera for auto-tracking presenters in classrooms or perfectly framing a group of coworkers in larger conference rooms. Pro AV Integrators can adjust the experience based on the room conditions and user's preferences. The EasyIP 30 ePTZ Camera adds a new auto-framing camera option to the highly popular EasyIP Ecosystem from Vaddio.

Vaddio's EasyIP 30 ePTZ camera allows AV integrators to adjust the framing experience for speed, sensitivity, image size, and more. Vaddio's IntelliFrame technology culminates years of research and engineering, delivering the most authentic and reliable auto-framing experience.

Other cameras on the market that rely on facial recognition fail with facial coverings or falsely identify objects like posters on the wall or woodgrain on furniture as people. IntelliFrame uses a combination of exceptionally sensitive motion detection and sophisticated algorithms to deliver smooth, accurate, and reliable participant framing.

You're in Control

AV Integrators can now promise personalized video performance with every installation. IntelliFrame is fine-tuned remotely by support staff through the web interface.

The EasyIP 30 ePTZ offers 20x true optical zoom and achieves 30x with IntelliZoom™ Image Processing. We have included the same IntelliZoom Image Processing found in our award-winning RoboSHOT Elite series of cameras, ensuring great video at any zoom level.

Return Policy

You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.

For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.

You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.

Defective or DOA Products

DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.

Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.

General Return Terms

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:

5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
3–5 business days for us to process your return
5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping Policy
