Fanless, Energy-efficient Slim PC for the 8th Gen Intel Processors
The DS10U series is a fanless, power-efficient PC powered by the 8th gen Intel® Whiskey Lake-U processor. With a height of only 39 mm, the DS10U supports multi-core performance, up to 32 GB of DDR4, 8x USB, 2x Giga LAN, HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, COM, space for 1x hard drive and 1x M.2 SSD as well as built-in WiFi AC+BT and 4G LTE kit (optional). Thanks to its passive cooling design, the system is virtually maintenance-free and is approved for 24/7 operation. Support for both 12V and 19V inputs, the DS10U is intended for a wide range of scenarios such as Digital Signage, Kiosk, Thin Client, and Office PC.
Intel® 8th Generation Processors
The DS10U series is powered by the 8th Generation Intel® Celeron® ULV processor (Whiskey Lake-U) and with built-in memory controller as well as integrated UHD graphics to provide better system efficiency and graphics performance.
Triple Display Productivity
The DS10U series includes 1x HDMI, 1x DisplayPort and 1x VGA port built in, which supports a maximum of three simultaneous displays to enhance productivity benefits.
Wide Range Voltage Input
The DS10U series supports both the 12V and 19V of input voltage, which enables operation from alternative energy sources. The 12V voltage input and reduced energy consumption are essential for automotive and other commercial applications.
Feature-rich Connectivity
The DS10U series features four USB 3.1 Gen 1/Gen 2 ports, four USB 2.0 ports and one RS232/422/485 interface as well as SD card reader for convenient, flexible connectivity options.
VESA Mount Ready
The DS10U series is VESA mount compliant and allows for versatile integration into hardware systems. This space-saving capability is well-suited for digital signage and kiosk applications with limited space.
The Watchdog
Watchdog Timer provides excellent security protection for systems that need to operate continuously for a long period of time. Use Shuttle's Watch Dog utility to maintain normal operation and stability of the system at all times.

4K UHD Experience
The DS10U series features HDMI 2.0a output to provide 4K (4096 x 2160) resolution at up to 60FPS as well as the transmission of HDR video, allowing viewers to enjoy the vivid streaming, higher contrast ratio, and more accurate color from HDR-compatible displays.
M.2 Expansion
With native M.2 2280/2260/2242 Type M slot, the DS10U series offers considerably faster storage performance and expansion capacity for M.2 SSD and Wi-Fi modules.
IoT-ready Networks
The DS10U series features robust network connectivity with built-in dual Intel Gigabit LAN and can support 802.11 AC WiFi + BT and optional 4G LTE adapter kit(WWN03) at the same time.
Support Power on by RTC
Save energy costs as well as the cost of on-site service with Power-On by RTC function. Set automatic 'Power On' and 'Power Off' times by RTC via BIOS. Power on by RTC can also be turned on and off with the Windows task scheduler.

Return Policy
You need to have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products to HSSL Technologies.
For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please include your request in the form below.
You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided HSSL Technologies with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.
Defective or DOA Products
DOA or defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective products must be in the original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. Please do not write on the carton.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, or not approved for return will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Products returned after expiration will be refused.
- HSSL credits are based on the purchase price or current price, whichever is lower.
General Return Terms
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within approximately six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping Policy
